MGT 522 - SEMINAR IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Catalog Description: - A study of administrative philosophies, policies, and practices of international business organizations. The nature of management processes and activities is examined in terms of different social, cultural, political, and economic environments.

Prerequisite: 3 hrs in management

Course Objectives: Upon completion, students will be expected to accomplish the following:

Current Textbook: Contact course coordinator for current textbook information.

Evaluation: At least two examinations should be administered. These should be primarily subjective in nature and should be sufficient to assess major aspects of student course performance. Examinations should address both lecture and text material. Some form of graded individual or group project should also be required. The nature and number of these projects is left to instructor's discretion. Other types of evaluation may be used at the instructor's discretion.
