Planned Course Rotation

The following are the planned undergraduate course offerings for Stephen F. Austin State University, Department of Management, Marketing, and International Business. Information about the course rotation for international business courses taught in other departments is published separately.

Although every attempt will be made to actually offer the indicated courses in the respective semesters each year, all courses are subject to limitations due to enrollment, budget, and faculty availability. The information provided below is subject to change without notice.

The general philosophy of the course rotation is as follows :

College of Business "core" courses (MGT 370, 371, 463; MKT 351) are normally offered every semester including both summer terms. Each is offered in the evening at least once per academic year.
Courses required for management, marketing, or international business majors are normally offered three times a year (fall, spring, and one summer term), with a few exceptions as indicated in the rotation. These courses are offered in the evening roughly every two to three years.
Electives vary in frequency according to popularity and faculty availability. Most electives are offered in the evening roughly once every four to six years.

Codes :

<blank>= not planned to be offered.

? = plans undetermined at this time; may possibly be offered.

Y = planned to be offered, day vs. evening not yet determined. For summer terms, the course will be offered in one of the two terms.

E = planned to be offered with at least one section as an evening course (4:00 p.m. or later). If a course is offered at 4:00 p.m. in a given semester, the course will normally be offered at 6:45 p.m. the next time it is offered as an evening class.

A = planned to be offered with at least one section as an evening course taught on the Angelina College campus (usually 6:00-8:30 p.m.)

W = planned to be offered with at least one section as a web-based (Internet) or hybrid class.

B = (applies only to summers) this course is planned to be offered in at least two summer terms (between Maymester, Summer I and/or Summer II).
