Catalog Description: Study of human behavior in organizational settings; the interface between human behavior and the organization; structure and process of the organization itself.
Prerequisite: MGT 370
Course Objectives: Upon completion, the student should be able to:

Evaluation: Sufficient examinations should be given during a semester to provide a sound basis for the evaluation of student performance. Examinations should contain a mixture of objective questions and problems from text and lecture material that the instructor feels are relevant. The minimum number of exams will be a mid-term and a final. Other types of evaluation may be used at the instructor's discretion.
