Catalog Description: Employee-employer relationships in non-unionized and unionized settings; problems and theories of union organizing, collective bargaining, and contract administration.
Prerequisite: MGT 370
Course Objectives: Upon completion, the student should be able to:

Evaluation: Student performance will be measured through multiple choice and/or short answer exams, a collective bargaining simulation exercise, and case analyses. Other types of evulation may be employed at the discretion of the professor.
