If you use MySFA email, there is an additional step to perform whenever you change the password on your email server (either SFAADM or Titan). When you try to access your email account for the first time through MySFA after changing your email password, you should hold down the Control key while clicking the EMail glyph in MySFA's MyServices window.
This will override any popup block that would prevent the login dialog from appearing. The login should appear, since the password known by MySFA no longer matches the password known by the email server. So, when you change your email password, remember to hold down the Control key when you click to open email in the MyServices window of MySFA.
