(promoted to professor 9/1/95), September 1999-August 2000, and August
2006-present. Teach undergraduate and graduate courses and
conduct research in operations management, quantitative methods, and
management information systems. Also assist in setting up and
maintaining department computers and associated equipment as well as
recommending purchases of new equipment.
Associate Dean and MBA Director, College of Business, Stephen F.
Austin State University, January 1996-August 1999 and September 2010-August 2011. Advised both
graduate and undergraduate students in the College of Business,
supervised all facets of the MBA program, and coordinated activities
ensuring the continuous improvement of the College and its programs.
Also coordinated preparations for the 1998 re-affirmation of the College's AACSB
accreditation, supervised maintenance of the College's World Wide Web
pages, and taught undergraduate and graduate courses and conducted
research in management information systems, operations management, and
quantitative methods.

development. Also taught courses (graduate and undergraduate) and
conducted research in operations management and management information
systems.

The University of Mississippi, June 1986-July 1990. Taught
undergraduate and graduate courses and conducted research in operations
management.
Assistant Professor,
The University of Oklahoma, September 1983-May 1986. Taught
undergraduate and graduate courses and conducted research in operations
management, management science, and management information
systems. Was coordinator of the College of Business's
microcomputer lab for the one year beginning with its inception.
U.S. Navy,
1972-1980. Began as electronics tecnician; highest rank was
lieutenant (O-3). Last assignment was as Aviation Supply
Officer/Food Service Officer at Naval Air Station Meridian in Meridian,
Mississippi. Was responsible for supervising 46 military and 13
civilian personnel in the operation of the Aviation Supply Support
Center and the Enlisted Dining Facility. Also served as Assistant
Supply Officer aboard U.S.S. Hewitt (1976-78), responsible for the
ship's store and disbursing functions.
